Refund policy: TBF Khata licence

TBF Khata is a digital product. The licence key is delivered to you on the payment page (and by email if you gave one) as soon as the payment is confirmed, and the app can be used straight away.

All sales are final. We do not refund a licence after the key has been delivered.

We will correct it, or refund the extra amount, if:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase,
• money was taken but no licence key was delivered to you, or
• the app cannot be installed or unlocked on your phone because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix.

Write to hello@thinkbrandfirst.com with your mobile number and the payment id from the Razorpay receipt. Support is by email.

The licence key works on one phone. If you change or lose your phone, write to us with the key and we will free it for your new phone; this is not a refund matter.
