Refund Policy

1. What this means

Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not refund a purchase for any of these reasons:

• You changed your mind or bought by mistake.
• You did not use the files, or the tools did not suit your business.
• You expected a different feature, software or an automatic connection to WhatsApp or any other account. The toolkit is a set of Excel files where you enter your own data.
• You use a spreadsheet program other than the one you planned. The files are built for Excel.

2. Please check before you buy

• Look at the real screenshots, the use cases and the sheet list on the sales page.
• Read the FAQ, including the notes on GST, Google Sheets and the formula lock.
• Email your questions to hello@thinkbrandfirst.com before you pay. We will answer.

3. Problems we will fix

A refund policy of "all sales final" does not mean we ignore real problems. Email us and we will fix these:

• Charged more than once for the same order. We refund the extra payment.
• Paid but did not receive the download link. We send the files again. If we cannot deliver them, we refund that payment.
• A file is damaged or will not open. We replace it with a working copy.

4. How to contact us (email only)

Support is by email only. Write to hello@thinkbrandfirst.com from the email you used to buy, and include your name and the Razorpay payment id. We aim to reply within 2 working days.

When a refund is approved under section 3, it goes back to the original payment method. The time it takes to show in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and is usually 5 to 7 working days.

5. Licence

The toolkit is for use in your own business. Please do not resell or share the files.
