Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy covers subscriptions to TBFCRM and the related setup services sold by Think Brand First on thinkbrandfirst.com.

1. Try before you pay

Every customer can see TBFCRM working before paying. You can book a free demo and, after the demo, start a free trial. Please use the demo and the trial to confirm that the plan fits your business before you subscribe.

2. No refund after activation

Because the service can be fully tested first, payments are not refundable once your paid plan has been activated. This applies to monthly and yearly plans, including a part of a month or year that you do not use.

One-time setup and onboarding fees are not refundable once the onboarding work has started.

3. Cancelling your subscription

• You can cancel at any time by writing to hello@thinkbrandfirst.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 95009 35935.
• Cancellation stops the next renewal. No further payment is taken for later periods.
• Your CRM stays available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Your data is handled after cancellation as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. When we do refund

We refund the payment in full in these cases:

• You were charged twice for the same order, or charged by mistake.
• Your payment was successful but we could not activate the plan you paid for.

Write to us within 7 days of the payment with your registered email and the payment or order ID. Once a refund is approved it is sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days; the time the money takes to show in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Charges we do not control

WhatsApp messaging charges billed by Meta and any other third-party fees are outside our subscription and are not refundable by Think Brand First.
