Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the customer relationship management software operated by Think Brand First ("we", "our", "us") — including the TBF CRM Social module and Threadline Social, which connect a business's own Facebook Page and Instagram professional account to our software. By creating an account or connecting a social account, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service Does

The Service lets a business manage its own customer conversations in one place. Specifically, it can:

The Service never initiates contact with a person who has not first contacted your business. Automated replies only run for rules you have created and enabled.

2. Your Account and Your Connected Accounts

You must be authorised to act for the business whose accounts you connect. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything done through your account.

Connecting a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account is done through Meta's own login screen. You choose which accounts to connect, and you can disconnect any of them at any time from within the Service or by removing our app in your Facebook or Instagram settings. Disconnecting stops all further access immediately.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

You remain responsible for the content of every message sent from your connected accounts, including messages sent by rules you configured.

4. Threadline Social: Trial, Plans and AI Replies

Email confirmation. You must confirm the email address you sign up with before you can use the Service. We may refuse temporary or disposable email addresses.

Free trial. A new workspace starts with a free trial of 15 days with a limited number of AI replies. After the trial the workspace becomes read-only for 14 days (you can still look at everything and download your data); if it has not moved to a plan by then, it may be deleted with everything in it, and we email the workspace owner before that happens. Nothing in a trial is charged unless you choose a plan.

Plans and payment. Paid plans are charged in advance for the period you choose and are paid through Razorpay. The current plans and prices are on our pricing page; cancellation and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund policy. When a paid period ends the workspace first has a short grace period and is then read-only until it is renewed; nothing is deleted because a payment is late.

Automated and AI replies. Rules and AI drafts only answer people who have contacted your accounts, and the Service applies safety limits (for example a limit on automatic replies per conversation per day and an opt-out for people who ask to stop). These limits are a safeguard, not a guarantee. AI drafts can be wrong or out of date: you decide whether they are sent automatically or reviewed first, and you are responsible for every reply sent from your accounts, including product details and prices taken from your store.

Your customers. You are responsible for having the right to handle the messages of the people who write to your business, for telling them how their information is used, and for following Meta's messaging rules (including its time limits on replying). We process their messages only for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Data

Data we receive from Meta is used only to provide the features described in Section 1, and only for the business that connected the account. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles or to train models. How we collect, store and delete personal information — and how you can ask us to delete it — is set out in our Privacy Policy (and how to ask us to delete it on our data deletion page), which forms part of these terms.

Content you or your customers create remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display it inside the Service and to send the replies you ask us to send.

6. Availability and Support

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, platform outages at Meta, and changes Meta makes to its APIs can all interrupt features without notice. Support is provided over email and WhatsApp using the contact details in Section 13.

7. Fees

Where the Service is provided under a paid agreement, the fees, billing period and notice period are those set out in that agreement. Where it is provided at no charge, we may change or withdraw it on reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its software and its branding belong to Think Brand First. These terms do not transfer any ownership in it to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if required by Meta or by law, or if continued use would put other users or our platform access at risk. On termination we delete or return your data in line with the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be notified to the contact address on your account. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
